Alfred ruffier monet has been promoting real estate in the mountains for more than 30 years ad realised more than 800 lodgings in Savoie.
Here are a few examples of our creations :

"Le hameau des Rochers", a vacation village located in the champagny en vanoise resort. The south orientation offers a idyllic view of the glaciers of the vanoise and of couchevel ,with its link up to the skiing area (3600m) ‘le hameau des rochers’ is only 6 minutes away from the slopes the materials used are stones from the region and a wood ‘coat’. The inner dercoration is made with sandstones tiles ‘past style’ plastering and hand worked exposed beams which gives those apartments all their character.

"La résidence du centre" located in the heart of the resort of champagny vanoise and 50 meters away from the ski lifts. Trditional building respecting the authenticity of this mountain village.

"Les chalets du Lac" it has been delivered at the autumn 2003. three buildings for seven independant lodgings. Located in front of the lake of bozel with a magnifiscent view on the courchevel resort. The inner fittings are made up of tiles ,plaster ,wood flooring and woodworks.

"La résidence le Tétras Lyre" located in the resort of ‘les menuires’. Large wood chalet, 10 lodgings, built right on the slopes and on the start of many walktracks. In the reberty neighborhood, four floors, south orintated, in front of the mountain ‘cime maron’ and close to the ski lift.

"Les chalets du Ponthier" located in the east of the village of Bozel on a land of 9569.37 square yards, they are composed of 10 lodgings each, orientated toward the the south, with a wonderful view over the mountains.

"Le Genepy". This wonderful chalet is composed of two independant apartments which are actually two semi-detached houses. It is located in the heart of the bozel village, 200 meters away from the shops (groceries, boulangerie, pharmacy....). The separation beetween the 2 apartments is made by a soundproofing insulating. Its south orientation, its large balconies make this chalets a rare product.
