- Digging in trench in all kind of ground, included the extraction and collect of spoil earth to public dump.
- Makeover of the outside land and setting out of green spaces and parking area in accordance with joined plan.

MASONRY - REINFORCED CONCRETE - COAT
- Digging in trenchs, pouring of foundations in reinforced concrete.
- Setting up the buried under ground walls with reinforced concrete and the finishing will be made up of stones (thickness 18 cm).
- Creation of floors in insulating material ( thickness 20cm) with soundproofing properties.
- Raisng of dividing walls in reinforced concrete.
- Wooden weatherboarding on the facade.
- Shelves and doorsteps will be executed with cement rendering or wood in a sloping shape, according to the plan of facade.

- Rustic roughcast layed on every walls as the store cupboard and lavatory.

EXTERNAL PAINTING
- All outside wooden parts soaked with painting as well as : externam frameworks, shingle walls and balconies.
- Brushed roughcast layed on walls.
- The outside joineries and shingle walls, will be soaked t(wo times with speciality satin-finished goods.

ELECTRICITY
- Private installation for each apprtment with individual safety fuse board and individual cut out.
- The whole electric installation will be set in plastic pipe from the cut-out board to the lamp socket.
